Custom Manufacturing Process Overview
Upon receiving an order, we thoroughly review customer specifications. Utilizing various design tools, including but not limited to CAD, we create detailed drawings, ensuring all dimensions and special requirements are incorporated. The drawings are then imported into CNC cutting machines, initiating the precise cutting of materials according to the design. Regular quality checks are conducted, measuring dimensions and ensuring adherence to high standards. If necessary, we manage the assembly process. A final quality inspection is carried out before the timely delivery to the customer. Throughout the entire process, we maintain effective communication to address any issues and accommodate changes, ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
